How WordPress Plug-in Translations Works
If you are logged in as a translator, this menu item will allow you to export and import the translations assigned to you as an XLIFF file for translation using external tools.
You can translate the jobs assigned to you directly in WordPress by clicking on the Edit button beside a page name.
